Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less shipping and handling.

Our return policy is simple: within 30 days of receipt, you may return any item in its original condition (with the box and unused.) We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets the above conditions.

We can only refund shipping costs if the return is due to the shipment of a wrong item or the item is defective. Reimbursable shipping costs cannot exceed our published per item shipping costs. The 30 day policy may be extended as long as the item is in its original saleable condition. Defective items will be covered as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was sold. The return process with be in general completed within 7-10 business days.

Any package that has not been received by us and if tracking information cannot be provided by the buyer, the sole responsibility of the shipment is to be hold by the shipper.
