What is the condition of an item?

What is a tester?

Testers are the same original fragrances that you find in full size perfume bottles with incredibly low prices. Fragrance companies manufacture testers to promote their products. Testers may come in a variety sizes and forms of packing - some come with simple marketing packaging with or without a cap, whereas others are ornately wrapped.

If you're purchasing for yourself, or just don't need the box, testers are a great way for you to get the same amount of quality fragrance at an even deeper discount. Also, the quality of the perfumes themselves are not affected.

 

Are the testers that sold used ?

Not at all, all testers are sold unused, with the entire original quantity in the container.

 

Are the products genuine brands?

All our products are original brand names. We only carry genuine brand name perfumes and colognes. Absolutely NO imitations or knock-offs.

 

What is the difference between EDP and EDT?

The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. These oils are called "juice." The highest concentration of "juice" is in perfume (or parfum). Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. Actually, Eau de Toilette and Eau de Cologne are generally interchangeable.

 

How long will it take to get my item?

Your shipping time will solely depend upon the shipping method you choose, that is whether your choice is first class, priority, international etc. You can find the relevant shipping time at the checkout of your purchase.  

 

What is my order status?

For your convenience, we will automatically send you updates regarding the status of your order via e-mail, including a shipping update with the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the status of your order online at perfume-empire.com by logging into 'My Account' which is found at the top right of the home page. Click ‘Track My Order’ and enter your e-mail address and order confirmation number, then click ‘Track’. A detailed order information page will be displayed where you can view your order’s current status.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do. The relevant shipping rates are available at the checkout page of your order item.

 

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept Debit and Credit Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal or Google Checkout.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.

The amount of your order is held on your debit card and the debit card owner does not have access to these funds until the hold is taken off. Holds usually last 3 – 5 business days and may vary with your financial institution.

 

How am I protected under the Google Trusted Store Program?

All your purchases will be covered under the free Google Purchase Protection Program. The Google Trusted Stores program helps shoppers feel confident in their purchases across the web. After completing a purchase with a Google Trusted Store, users will be offered the chance to opt the order in to the free purchase protection from Google. If you opt in, we will share your order information and email address with Google. Google will send you an email with the details of your order, our contact details, and a link to contact Google in the event of an issue.

After you’ve reported an issue with your order to Google, Google will contact the store on your behalf. Participating stores have the opportunity to first address your questions or concerns. If the issue remains unresolved, Google will determine a resolution, which may include a full refund of the item or item replacement.

 

How can I return an item?

What if my merchandise arrives damaged or defective?

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department within two business days. Please keep all packaging materials and merchandise in the original box for USPS inspection.
