Return Policy

At Perfume Empire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of fragrance products and industry hygiene standards, our return policy has specific conditions to ensure product safety and authenticity.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Unopened & Unused Products — Must be in original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition.

  2. Defective or Incorrect Items — If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  3. Return Window — Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, or partially used perfumes

  • Items without original packaging or with broken seals

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Email sales@perfume-empire.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review and provide a Return Authorization (RA) if approved.

  3. Pack items securely in the original packaging and ship to the address provided in the RA.

  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another fragrance or product, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.
